I may have whinged about this at various points in recent history

Well today, installation took place. Today a sign was erected, and today I can confidently say that the number of people who can't find Docklands' very own community centre will be reduced significantly.

I was talking to Johanna, a co-worker who's our branches communications adviser. She was responsible for getting it rolling in the first place. Her first comment:

'We're not a bureaucracy at all! Are we?'.

This then lead to a discussion about problems with 'internal service provission'.....
