I'd like to say a very big public thank you to clappamungus and Nick for their help last night. The TV cabinet beat us. It joined forces with the stairs and overwhelmed us. Moving furniture is always fun with this woman :) (insert mad cackle from tayto here).

I've formed a new theory on how to move it though... and will have another crack at it in the not too distant future (see parenthesised section above)

I don't think clappamaugus is a real person....

next time you try it, give me a call. I'm pretty good with spatial geography. Or if all else fails, I have experience cutting out neat chunks of wall with a stanley knife.

Hey, can i take you up on that offer? Anytime you're free.... The sooner we get the thing up the stairs (or decide it's impossible and give up) the sooner we can get things back to normal. Our living room's a bomb site right now.
